I increased my calories a week ago and when I hopped on the scale on Thursday I had dropped another pound. So, I added more calories.
He challenge for me is to add the healthy calories. I'm temped to eat ice cream or cookies to fill the void at the end of the day. I've been trying to eat a bigger lunch and have snacks mid-morning and mid-afternoon instead of trying to fill the calories at the end of the day.
Here's hoping the increase this week helps me maintain.
